I majorly spent 2023 in learning and understanding the science behind metabolic health and longevity because of me being a type 1 diabetic. Based on whatever information I was consuming, I was experimenting those things in my life and seeing what works and what doesn't. I became totally obsessed with the space, but towards the end of 2023, felt a deep void in not having people around me with similar interests/ passions, which was plateauing my learning and exposure to the space . After some research, I came across the Thrive community and immediately felt that connection. Since then, it has been a great journey - the entire community inspires me to be the best version of myself and my learning has compounded. Kudos to Viktor who is leading this and very grateful to such a fantastic group!
